In June 2017, Brian purchased two contiguous lots totaling 1.95 acres in Healdsburg at the intersection of Dry Creek Road and Healdsburg Avenue. The site includes an existing liquor store and restaurant space that provide rental income. Current zoning allows for up to 68,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use commercial development and additionally up to 32 units of residential housing. BSD will start the conceptual design process for the future development and begin engaging the Healdsburg Planning Department and Community for input.
