In July 2004, Brian Spiers purchased a one-third interest in a 46,000 square foot site that was entitled for a 63-unit senior housing building and 13,000 square feet of ground floor commercial. Brian as managing member and fee developer of the project re-entitled the development receiving planning approvals for a 72-unit market rate condominium with 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Brian and his partners successfully sold the newly entitled development site in August 2006 to another builder.
